Aurora Polaris

From Troms, a county in Northern Norway. North of the Arctic circle.

Did you know #1: Due to the long distance to the more densely populated areas of the continent, this is one of the least polluted areas of Europe.

Did you know #2: The Aurora Polaris is located at an altitude of between 90 and over 180 km above the earth. The phenomenon can be observed in the night sky in a belt around the magnetic poles. Aurora emerges as a light that varies in shape, color and strength, from dark blue, green and yellow, to red and orange.
